After Care Service Program
Preventative Maintenance Package
- Trained expert troubleshoots problem telephonically with customer
- Scheduled within 30 days of annual date
Annual Service Package
- Certified refurbished instrument shipped to client as a replacement (certificate issued)
- Shipping: Client pays for repairable instrument to be sent to Orflo (if instrument is not received then Client will be charged 20% off list price for replacement we sent); Orflo pays for replacement instrument to be shipped to Client
- One replacement covered per 6 month period
- New systems only; Service does not cover misuse, neglect, operation outside of Orflo’s recommended use, or damage caused by improper shipping
Depot Service Contract
- New systems only; Service does not cover misuse, neglect, operation outside of Orflo’s recommended use, or damage caused by improper shipping
